Putain

Putain is a ten-part drama series that tells a multilayered and comprehensive story about escapism through substance abuse, partying, sex or the consequences of having to live with a violent, overprotective or xenophobic parent. Each character has his own unique background and problems allowing the series to paint a broad spectrum of what it means to grow up in Brussels during the 2000’s.

Putain shows there is no easy formula for parenthood. We show a diverse portrait of how friendship and a city sometimes provide the education that we cannot fall back on at home.
